Do I need a memory card for my camera?
Yes, a memory card would be necessary to be able to record your videos. For our gadgets, we would recommend the Micro SD 128gb memory card.
What is the coverage of your cameras?
Our cameras can cover a horizontal rotation of 355 degrees and a vertical rotation of 90 degrees.
Do your cameras record surveillance?
Yes, our cameras are able to record surveillance.
Will it work without Wifi?
Instead of cables and wirings, our gadgets function through Wifi.
Where can I view the camera feed?
You can be able to access your camera feed on your personal devices such as mobile phones, computers, etc. Just download the IP360 Home app for Otus or Tuya app for Peta.
Will exterior cameras get damaged during bad weather or climate?
All our gadgets are built to last no matter what the situation. However, we would recommend our Otus for indoors and our Peta for outdoors.
Will it work without an app?
The products will only work with the app. You need to download the IP360 app for Otus and Otus+ and Tuya app for Peta. However, rest assured that all these apps are all easy to navigate and access.
What's the difference between IP CAM and CCTV?
Unlike CCTV, the IP Camera doesn't need cabling making it easier to install.
Do the cameras come with an application for storing and managing videos?
Yes. To be able to store and manage your videos, you will need to download the IPC360 app for Otus and the Tuya app for Peta.
Is there cloud recording?
Yes. The products come with 1 month free cloud recording for IPC360 Home (OTUS Series) but Tuya (Peta) has additional subscription charges for cloud storage.
What is your policy on warranty and replacements?
For gadgets that need replacement, this includes 1 month warranty for parts and services.
How long does the video recording last for a 128gb memory card?
For a 128gb memory card, it can last up to 30 days loop recording.
How many accounts can I create for Tuya and IPC360 Home app?
You can create up to 6 accounts.

What are the Shipping options and how long will I receive my order?
We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours from receipt. Standard shipping for Metro Manila and Luzon takes estimated 1-5 business days, while delivery to Visayas and Mindanao takes estimated 5-6 business days.
Note that orders sent from 4PM of Friday until Sunday will be arranged on the following Monday.
